Morning from Hai Phong City.

It's 5AM and I'm up because I haven't yet acclimated to time difference. Sounds of the city have started with the crowing of roosters and singing of some birds. I can hear people moving about the street below and there is a dull traffic sound beginning that will surely build into a cacophony of horns, brake squeals and human hubbub.
The bed is hard, like a wooden board yet surprisingly not painful to sleep on. With air con (a/c) and fan, the room is comfortable. You can already feel the sticky, thick, pea soup air creeping in.
Had a lovely breakfast of leechi, yogurt (heard that was good to avoid the dreaded intestinal horror that can occur) and white bread. Also have a bottle of corn milk but do hope I can find some coffee.
Had a headache during the night I think due to lack of sleep, over stimulated mind and dehydration but with some excedrin and a few glasses of water it has subsided.
Will be teaching the young class today, Flowers and Bees STEM, for 3 1/2 hours. Will be filmed by news and school. I'm relying on my past performances to hopefully believe I can pull this off. How the heck did I end up on the other side of the world !!
